Effective Communication Skills in the Workplace will be a six (6) session professional development seminar focused on internal communication (team/company) and external communication (customer/employer/owner) skill building.

These sessions will help you to understand your natural communication style and how to manage through other communication styles that may create conflict. Practical techniques to achieve better communication outcomes are central to all sessions and will be actionable right away.

Communication and change are two constants in every business. This seminar will benefit both new and well-established people in your organization.
