Penn Tool was founded as a partnership in 1976 in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The company was incorporated in 1978 at which time the operations were moved to Youngstown, Ohio. Since that time sales have increased each year to a level exceeding $81 million.

Our office/warehouse facilities are located in Youngstown, OH; Sharonville (Cincinnati), OH; Landisville (Lancaster), PA; Ann Arbor, MI; Mokena (Chicago), IL; Collinsville (St. Louis), IL; Atlanta, GA; Winston-Salem, NC. And Valencia, CA. With a combined warehousing space exceeding 165,000 sq ft., our inventory management helps to ensure timely delivery. Aiding this delivery process is an extensive fleet of vehicles consisting of large box trucks and full size vans. The majority of our deliveries are made by our personnel.
